At harvest time, proper controls are required to ensure that the rapidly maturing grapes are harvested at exactly the right time.  Deliveries of juice and concentrate are brought to WineExpert immediately after harvest in insulated tankers.  The product, once examined by our Quality Control experts is stored in large environmentally controlled tanks to preserve total freshness  There the correct pH and sugar levels are maintained to maximum benefit. 

Only the freshest product is used in our manufacturing - guaranteed.  To protect the integrity of all the products that we produce, we code each batch of our winemaking kits.  This ensures our customers the highest quality and freshest product available.
